8 kW β€” Mehta Villa, Udaipur

Mehta Villa in Udaipur's Fatehsagar Lake district is a 4,500 sq.ft bungalow with a combined consumption of 1,100+ units per month across air conditioning, a swimming pool pump, and home automation. The owner wanted a premium system that would match the villa's aesthetic while delivering maximum savings.

FGPS Solar designed an 8 kW system using high-efficiency (21.5%) bifacial mono PERC panels mounted on a powder-coated aluminium structure with hidden cable management. We also integrated a 200-litre solar water heater to reduce the geyser load. The system is monitored via a cloud inverter portal with per-panel generation granularity.

Connected to AVVNL under net metering, the system exports 3,000–4,000 units per year back to the grid during summer months. The MNRE-empanelled panels carry a 25-year linear power output warranty; the inverter carries a 10-year warranty.
