Metro Mall in Ajmer's Vaishali Nagar is a 1.8-lakh sq.ft shopping complex with over 80 retail outlets, a food court, multiplex, and underground parking. The mall's monthly AVVNL bills were running ₹8–₹9L during peak summer months due to extensive HVAC, escalators, and lighting loads.

FGPS Solar conducted a detailed load flow analysis and roof structural assessment before designing a 75 kW system using high-transmission tempered glass panels rated for Ajmer's heavy dust environment. Panels are installed on a raised-rafter structure to allow rooftop access for HVAC maintenance teams. A 5-year on-site monitoring and cleaning contract was included.

The system operates under AVVNL's HT commercial net-metering tariff, allowing the mall to offset its common-area import units with solar export credits. With Ajmer receiving 5.6 kWh/m²/day average irradiation, the system generates 1,12,500 units annually — the equivalent of powering over 90 average Rajasthan homes.
