TechPark Office Complex in Jodhpur's Pal Road IT corridor is a multi-tenant campus with five office buildings. The facility management company was spending over ₹21L annually on common-area electricity for lifts, HVAC, lighting, fire panels, and EV parking chargers.

FGPS Solar designed a 100 kW system split across Building A and Building C rooftops, with 250 × 400W mono PERC panels connected via four 25 kW inverters in a distributed string architecture. DC cable trenching was carried out over a weekend to avoid disrupting tenant operations. The net-metering connection was secured from JdVVNL within 45 days of application.

The project included installation of a bi-directional energy meter, a real-time energy dashboard visible in the facility management office, and a 10-year O&M contract with quarterly panel cleaning and annual inverter health checks. The complex now uses this project as a flagship ESG initiative when marketing to corporate tenants.
