Sunrise Hotel & Resort in Jaipur's Bani Park area had an electricity bill averaging ₹5.5–₹6.8L per year across its 80-room property, restaurants, and banquet halls. The management wanted to reduce operating costs while strengthening their green hospitality credentials for corporate clients.

FGPS Solar designed a 50 kW rooftop system with 125 × 400W panels spread across three roof zones, connected via dual 25 kW string inverters with remote monitoring. Shadow analysis using PVSyst software confirmed a performance ratio above 78% despite the mixed-orientation roof sections. The installation was completed in 14 days with zero disruption to hotel operations.

The system is registered under JVVNL's commercial net-metering programme. Excess generation during off-peak seasons is credited to the hotel's account, reducing summer bills to near zero. The hotel now prominently displays its 'Solar Powered Property' certification, improving booking conversion from eco-conscious travellers.
